ListFlow generates real estate marketing content (listing descriptions, follow-up emails, open house invitations, and social captions) from property details you provide, using AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Monthly counters reset on the 1st of each month. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You own the content you generate and may use it commercially without attribution. However, you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. AI-generated text can contain errors. In particular you must verify listing details are accurate, comply with the advertising rules that apply to you (Fair Housing in the US, CREA in Canada, the CAP Code in the UK, and local equivalents), and have the right to market the properties you submit.
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the service, paying customers receive a pro-rated refund of the unused period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the consequences of publishing unreviewed generated content.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
