1. Who we are
ListFlow ("we", "us") provides AI-powered listing copy generation for real estate professionals at listflow.casa. For any privacy question, contact us at hola@listflow.casa.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never see it).
- Property inputs: the property details you submit to generate content.
- Generated content: the listing copy, emails, and captions we generate, stored so you can access your history.
- Usage data: how many generations you run each month, for plan limits and billing.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card number — only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your marketing content (property inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing).
- To operate your account, enforce plan limits, and process subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your inputs or generated content to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
4. Service providers
- Supabase — database and authentication (hosted in the EU).
- Anthropic — AI content generation (property inputs only).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — application hosting.
5. Data retention & your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hola@listflow.casa. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: authentication session cookies required for the product to work. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
